How to register, make new bookings, and amend or cancel existing bookings.
How to Register with Club Spraoi
Click on ‘Register/Login’ on the homepage. Here you will need to submit details for yourself and for your child/children. Please also include a minimum of two authorised contacts, in the event that you are not contactable in case of illness or emergency.
Once registration is complete, you are now able to proceed to book the dates/sessions that you require. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to you.
How to Make Bookings with Club Spraoi
Once you have completed the registration and submitted your childs details, you can then simply click on ‘Book Now’, and select the school that your child attends. Our booking system is very flexible and, subject to availability, you can book individual sessions or for the whole of the school term or year.
To make any booking (either an individual session or long-term bookings), you simply select your start and end date. You are then presented with a tab for each date, from which you select your session for each of your children.
Once this is completed, you are presented with two payment options. You can either pay the total for the sessions directly via credit/debit card, or for long-term bookings you will also have the option to ‘Pay as You Go’. This option will pre-book your selected dates and sessions, and you will automatically receive regular email notifications in advance to pay for the upcoming pre-booked sessions.
Please Note: Payments must be made at least 10 working days prior to pre-booked sessions in order to confirm your places. Non-payment will automatically release those dates back in to the system, and you will loose your places.
All sessions must be booked and paid for before your child attends. If your child arrives at the collection point after school, and they are not confirmed as booked and payment cleared, we will not be able to sign them in, meaning we will not be insured to have them in our care.
How to Cancel a Booking with Club Spraoi
You can cancel any session up to 24 hours before the start time of that session. To do so, simply log in to your account dashboard and go to ‘Bookings’. Here, you select the individual session that you wish to cancel and click ‘Cancel’.
The full cost of this session will then be credited back to your Wallet, and can be used towards the cost of a future booking. You will not receive credit for any cancellation made within 24 hours of the start of a session.
Please Note: If your child will not be attending a session for any reason, we MUST still be notified so that staff are not expecting them at the collection point, and/or searching the school grounds to locate your child.
How to Amend an Existing Booking
In order to change a booking you will need to cancel the booked session, and re-book the new session that you require. You must do so a minimum of 24 hours before the start time of the session in order to receive full credit. The full amount of the cancelled session will be automatically credited to your wallet.
