How to register, make new bookings, and amend or cancel existing bookings.

How to Register with Club Spraoi

Click on ‘Registration & Booking’ in the main menu on the homepage. Here you will need to submit details for yourself and for your child/children. Please also include a minimum of two authorised contacts, in the event that you are not contactable in case of illness or emergency.

Once registration is complete, you are now able to proceed to book the dates/sessions that you require. Confirmation of registration will be emailed to you.

How to Make Bookings with Club Spraoi

Regular & Casual Bookings

Depending on your childcare needs, you can choose to book a one-off session, a week or two, or indeed book all the sessions that you require for the full school year.

If you would like to make a block booking of a number of weeks, a full term or school year, and would like to pay weekly, please choose “Regular Booking”. By selecting this, you will receive your invoice weekly, to be paid one week in advance.

If you choose “Casual Booking”, an invoice for that full booking will be generated and due for payment the week prior to the first session in that booking. For example, you may select ‘Casual Booking’ so that you can book all the sessions that you require for one term, and receive one invoice for all of these sessions. (The full amount on this invoice is payable one week before for the first session booked.)


Your invoice will be sent to you by email on the Monday of the week prior to the first session booked (see Pre-payment policy below). This invoice will be due for payment on the Friday of that same week at the latest. (i.e. Invoice for Week Sep 7-11th will be sent Aug 31st and due by Friday 4th Sept). You will be sent a reminder on the Wednesday to make payment.

Parents who book with us on a casual basis will need to ensure they have enough credit on their account to cover any bookings they make online at the last minute, this includes making a booking for that current week. (i.e. making a booking on Monday for Thursday and Friday of that week).

Methods of Payment

Bank Transfer – A bank transfer can be used to add credit to your account and to pay an invoice. Please include your child’s name as reference. Once the payment has reached our account, you will receive a receipt by email within 5 days.

PayPal – When you open your invoice, click ‘Pay Now’ and select PayPal. You will receive a receipt immediately by email.

Credit or Debit Card – When you open your invoice, click ‘Pay Now’ and select to pay by card. You will receive a receipt immediately by email.

Please Note: We try to avoid handling cash at the school, however in exceptional circumstances we can accept a cash payment to the coordinator.

Pre-payment Policy

All sessions must be booked and paid for before your child attends. If your child arrives at the collection point after school, and the session has not been paid in full, we will be unable to sign them in, and will not be insured to have them in our care.

How to Amend or Cancel a Booking with Club Spraoi

To make changes or to cancel an existing booking or you will need to email us directly.

If you need to change your booking to a shorter session of a lesser cost, you must do so a minimum of 24 hours before the start time of the session in order to receive full credit. The difference in the cost of the sessions will then be credited to your account.

You can cancel any session up to 24 hours before the start time of that session. The full cost of this session will then be credited to your account, and can be used towards the cost of a future booking. You will not receive credit for any cancellation made within 24 hours of the start of a session.

Please Note: If your child will not be attending a session for any reason, we MUST still be notified so that staff are not expecting them at the collection point, and/or searching the school grounds to locate your child.
